Abstract :
This paper presents the novel concept of the generation mechanism of the solitary electromagnetic wave (SEMW) by the switching device. SEMW concept is formed by fusing the electromagnetic wave (EMW) theory and the nonlinear undulation theory. The examples of the application for the signal line (SL) and the power line (PL) on the VLSI and the low impedance lossy line (LILL) technologies derived from the SEMW concept are also presented. SEMW concept and these technologies will contribute to the progress of the switching mode circuit.
