Abstract :
This paper describes an interactive software package that has been developed primarily as an educational tool in studying state estimation, bad data and network observability analysis algorithms. In addition to these functions, the software package also supports a power flow function. Power flow function is useful in creation of consistent measurement data to be used by the state estimator. The essential characteristics of the package is its modular structure which allows both replacement of existing applications and introduction of new ones.
