Abstract :
In an environment with multiple access points, the resource utilisation is not optimal due to the lack of wireless management like admission control techniques that take the load into account. Therefore, wireless network management (WNM) becomes vital especially with the substantial technological progress today. In order to overcome the weaknesses above, this article proposes an admission control with load balancing to improve the number of satisfied users and increase the overall network capacity. We conducted simulations using normal and uniform distribution of spatial stations. The obtained results show positive gains, as the total capacity in the environment is substantially improved, satisfying more clients and increasing the utilisation of network resources.
