Abstract :
A shunt hybrid active power filter (APF) as harmonic generator taken to the DC link of the inverter eliminates harmonic wave generated by the inverter in this paper. Control is mixed by fuzzy logic control and hysteresis control and uses the digital signal processor. The value of DC-link inductance in the APF kept invariableness by this method, which made APF generate the harmonics current compensated accurately. In this system, it allows to test and validate easily different current or DC voltage control. The system is investigated analytically as well as experimentally. The obtained results are presented and discussed to prove the effectiveness of the design and control strategy.
