Abstract :
This paper proposes a design that aims at expanding the frequency range, improving the stability of power output and getting an output of 50GHz-75GHz microwave signal on the basis of the common commercial synthesizer, which provides the original RF output signal and feedback input port for multiplier module. In order to increase the output power stability, we added amplifier controller and temperature controller. The real object was successfully developed and the testing results proved the validity of this design method.
