Abstract :
6-D force sensor and its static calibration concept are introduced; the realization process and method of developing 6-D force sensor static calibration system are studied by adopting the virtual instrument technology; a set of 6-D force sensor static calibration system based on the virtual instrument technology is designed and developed; the hardware and software structures of this system are presented in this paper. Therefore, a set of practical and reliable static calibration system has been provided for the further application of 6-D force sensor.
