Abstract :
The mixed hierarchical fuzzy evaluation system (MHFES) is discussed in this paper. First, the design of neural units corresponding to the five common operations are proposed. Second, the definition of MHFES is discussed, including the definitions of the evaluation items and the relationships among them, based on the five operations above. Third, the main algorithms of the MHFES are introduced to compute the values of those evaluation items and the result of the MHFES. Subsequently, the experiments are carried out and the results show that the MHFES is effective.
