Abstract :
This paper aims at providing the functional requirements and features specifications for supporting the performance of risk analysis work in a Virtual Reality (VR) environment. To ensure an application- oriented (i.e., considering the target industrial domain) and a human factors (HF) supported performance of the risk analysis work, a user-centered approach will be followed based on findings and field observation from the chemical process industrial domain as a target industry as well as a HF based methodology for risk analysis.
