  • Abstract
    In order to prevent the occurrence of major disturbances or to limit their consequences in the Romanian electric power system (EPS) was implemented a defense plan that comprises a succession of hierarchical measures. These measures are chosen in relation with the nature and intensity of the disturbance and their action is to re-establish the normal operation.
