  • Abstract
    A genetic neural network model for predicting materials mechanical properties is set up in the paper. The network mode has some advantage of its globe optimal searching and quick convergence speed, which can reduce experimentation times and short exploitation circle in researching materials. The fundamental of predicting materials mechanical properties, method of establishing the model and training of genetic network are discussed particulars in the paper. Simulating and analyzing results show that the network model can effectual predict materials mechanical properties, analyze influence tendency of parameters to mechanical properties. It has great instructing function for material research.
