Abstract :
As many users of simulation tools as many simulation objectives exist. Depending on the simulation target, users have different requirements on the model accuracy. The paper presents a semiconductor model family with user selected modelling levels. Depending on the required accuracy, model properties can be turned on or off and thus extending or shortening the computation time
