Abstract :
Classic setting method not only process trival, but also can´t ensure that you get the controller is optimal. In order to obtain satisfactory system performance, in this paper, the genetic algorithm is introduced to the optimization of dc motor speed control system control problem. By using it to the global optimization of the PID parameters, and at the same time setting two PI controller parameters of current regulator and revolving speed regulator. The simulation results: PI controller designed by using genetic algorithm can make the response of control system tracking faster and no overshoot, to ensure that the system control effect based on the stability and improve the system performance and achieve the actual process requirements. The simulation results verify that the proposed method is effectiveness.
