Abstract :
Nowadays, an increasing amount of companies and organizations only implement their core business and outsource other application services over Internet. Besides, statistics show surprising details on the decline in the growth of the number of web servers being set up throughout the world. Real-Time characteristic of the Web is an important issue in the use of Web services. Moreover, the process of Web service registration is time consuming and needs human interference. In this paper a framework was proposed which discovers and registers new Web services automatically. In addition an ontological fuzzy graph, which is used for Web service composition, was presented. This graph is formed and modified during the update of the main registry.
