Abstract :
For the defects of the manual measurement of OLED optical performance by using discrete devices, this paper presented a platform which can measure the optical and electrical property of the light-emitting device of the OLED at the same time. It drew the real-time curve via the host computer to monitor and compare the performance data. It implemented a rapid, accurate and reliable automatic measurement system. And it improved the measure efficiency and accuracy greatly. It plays an important role in the study of the optical carriers transport properties, luminescence properties, luminous efficiency of OELD devices.
