Abstract :
User knowledge structure modeling helps us to understand user´s information requirements much better than ever. This paper introduces an Ontology-based user knowledge structure model building and maintaining technology, the model established in this research provide better experiences to users when they request information services, and promote the quality of information services. Based on the model, a personalized information service system is implemented.
