Abstract :
The design of a versatile parametric digital filter is presented. Design equations are given to obtain specified cut/boost over a desired bandwidth. The definition of bandwidth for cut and boost filters is addressed, and the bandwidth options are described in terms of constant or variable 3-dB widths relative to cut/boost level
