Abstract :
The lightweight steel structure residential building is the green, energy-saving and environmental protection building and has many advantages. In many cities, it is developing gradually. But in Henan it is nearly none. Therefore, to develop lightweight steel structure in Henan is a difficult task. This paper introduced properties of lightweight steel structure residential buildings and the current research situation both at home and abroad in detail. According to Henan particular conditions, the paper researched how to develop and popularize the lightweight steel structure residential building industrialization and gave some suggestions and countermeasure. It is significant and helpful for promoting Henan housing industrialization.
