Abstract :
With the use of magamp post regulators on all outputs of a multiple-output forward converter power supply, there is an interaction between the primary snubber circuit and the reset of the saturable reactors. This often leads to higher losses in the transformer and the saturable reactors than necessary and in some cases, loss of output regulation. The nature of the interaction and methods for solving the interaction problems are discussed in this paper
