Abstract :
Traditional power economic dispatch model only considers the power purchase costs and emissions, but the energy consumption is usually neglected. The conception of energy-saving factor is suggested to establish a new power generation dispatch model considering both energy-saving and environmental protection on the basis of the traditional economic dispatch. The new model has been tested in simulation system to verify its effectiveness.
