Abstract :
The purpose of this dissertation is to study how to estimate the road damage and reasonably arrange order of road repair to improve emergency response efficiency. Based on the emergency rescue needs after earthquake, proposed a general frame of earthquake losses evaluation, and emphasized on the estimation of personnel casualties and transportation elements damage. A damaged road cost function and a modified search algorithm for all simple paths in weighted directed acyclic network were presented. Based on this, we put forward the concept of capacity ensuring parameter to quantize the continuity between requirement points and depots, and then provided a ranking method of road rapid repair. The numerical example demonstrated that the proposed method was efficient and available, and can be used to support emergency response.
