Abstract
A digitally controlled oscillator is presented in this paper. The oscillator is part of a robust PLL transmitter which is used for ultrasonic visualization in the MYRRHA-reactor. It has a quiescent frequency of 5MHz, a tuning range of 4–6MHz and a power consumption of 15mW.
