Abstract :
Cloud network contains the private cloud starting with in-vehicle sensor nodes, the industry cloud network sponsored by vehicle enterprises and the public cloud network led by government departments, even expanded to a wider range of things. This paper introducing the fault cloud system is more than the usage of cloud-vehicle terminal diagnosis and treatment alone, but in a distributed computing technology, transmits the fault phenomenon or related information collected by sensing system to remote industry cloud, then the virtual cloud makes depth reasoning drawing on existing diagnostic methods or the use of algorithm pool-related algorithm through fault analysis reasoning and comparison with each node of the historical cases in cloud data. The cause and location of the fault will be determined quickly and efficiently and diagnosis methods will be made a real-time feedback to the cloud terminal node. When the terminal receives an accurate diagnosis code, a fixed-point exclusion or repair for specific parts will be done. At the same time, when large-scale private cloud nodes appear the same or similar symptoms, the cloud services automatically will send a warning signal to each node terminal, and automatic preventive detection and treatment will be done in the backstage when the terminal resources allowed. So realize the shared diagnostic mode and fault defense, and increase the efficiency of diagnosis.
