Abstract :
ATLAS (Abbreviated Test Language for All System) is a signal-oriented language for the automatic test system which is not concerned in the specified instruments. But the self-test program of automatic test system (ATS) has to test and check the specified instrument. The requirements of self-test program are analyzed. The program is designed in frame, development environment, running time system and assignments of the switches and instruments. This design was applied to an automatic test system of a certain type of an aircraft. The results show that the self-test program meets the requirements well.
