Abstract :
BPR is one of major concerns while enterprises face a changing environment. As the enabler, IS (information system) model provides the methodology for BPR. ARIS is a multi-view and lifecycle IS model with strong support from business solutions. But it provides limited flexibility for BPR and small support for IS implementation. SOA could strongly make up for ARIS´s shortage. This paper proposes a SOA-based ARIS model for BPR. It facilitates BPR with its analysis services and change management service and helps IS implementation with its EPC integration service. An experimental demonstration is illustrated to prove the feasibility of this model.
