Afterwards, we analysis the existing e-commerce´s operating mode; provide a net structure which expands to both PC and mobile devices as supplier or purchaser in it. Any two participators in a certain commercial transaction are able to communicate with each other directly, after the center servers´ communication guide that is necessary. In this paper, we put forward the structure frame of such a e-market, and elaborate the commodity trading process under the proposed model of the system architecture. Analysis shows the ways can reduce the trade links, enhanced trading platform stability, ease the burden on the central server to achieve a balanced distribution of resources services, and weakened the parties to the transaction time, space constraints.
