The construction of emergency logistics management system

In order to construction a scientific and rational emergency logistics management system for the emergency response, the concept of emergency logistics management is defined, and the structure of emergency logistics management system is established basing on the perspective of the organizations as well as goods and information of emergency logistics. By analyzing the information system and the construction policy of the life style stages for emergency logistics, a complete emergency logistics management operation system is built. Practical empirical results show that the system architecture is reasonable and can significantly help to improve the efficiency of emergency logistics organization.
