Abstract :
The vehicle scheduling problem of emergency logistics distribution is a crux problem in city emergency work. This text emphasizes the factors in the cost and the time, and puts forward a vehicle scheduling model, which meets the emergency time constraint and costs minimum. Through setting penalty functions, and converting time and carrying capacity constraint into transport cost, we get fitness functions and design genetic algorithm from the aspects of genetic encoding, genetic operator and arithmetic ending condition. It can effectively settle the index explosion phenomenon of NP solving problem while combinatorial optimizing.
