Abstract :
Experiments of Underwater Spark Discharge ( USD) were performed to generate micro Ball Lightning (BL) . A new type of micro BL, Fire Ball ( FBI, was additionally obtained. Micro BL was compared with those observed during two natural phenomena of earthquake and volcanic eruption.
