Abstract :
The automatic warehouse system is a very important unit in the computer integration system. It is also a mechatronic system. In the factory the automatic warehouse will manage efficiently goods and save a lot of the storage space. In this article an automatic warehouse with the graphic monitor system of a CIM training system is presented. The graphic monitor system set the monitor point which may be represented as a sensor or a switch on the hardware system of the automatic warehouse. The control system is OMRON C200H PLC which linked with the graphic monitor system. Every monitor point represents a bit of PLC. The switching of a bit causes the monitor graphics to change. The communication module of PLC will receive or transmit the data from/to the network control center. The data include input/output condition, material number, and completion signal. According to the data PLC start to transmit the pulses from the position control module to rotate the stepping motor of the automatic guided vehicle to the design position in the x direction, and the cargo pallet will move along the vertical axis to the right cell of the storage frame to store/retrieve goods
