  • Abstract
    Analog measurement bandwidth is one of the principal indices for evaluation of performances of digital storage oscilloscope. This paper studied the digital post-treatment method which can improve the analog bandwidth of digital oscilloscope, and discussed the fundamental principle of bandwidth enhancement technology and how to design the filter. The experiment results indicate that the algorithm can successfully achieve the goal of increasing 20% test bandwidth while limiting the overshoot within 5%. At present, this technique has been applied successfully in certain type of digital storage oscilloscope.
