Building knowledge base for consulting system on agricultural practical techniques

Knowledge base is the key part of the consulting system. It largely determines the performance of the Consulting System. In order to deal with the problem existing in General Consulting System, a Construction Method of Knowledge Base was put forward according to the features and requirements of the Consulting System on Agricultural Practical Techniques. In the paper, the representation and acquisition, the storage form of knowledge,and the structure and management of knowledge base system are discussed respectively.
