Abstract :
With influence of imaging machine-mad, instrument and human breath, two-dimensional(2D) ultrasonic medical image is worse. A proper speckle signal is formed at imaging process, make it difficulties to distinguish between normal tissue and pathological tissue of human body, cause clinical diagnosis and medical study inconvenience, In this paper, an new filter method of the medical ultrasonic imaging is proposed from the principles combine with practicality, and an experiment is made to validate. The experimental method is: first adopting self-adaptive median filter processing medical ultrasonic image, then we apply mathematics morphological way to filter again and increase contrast, finally we compare the new method with other speckle suppression methods by denoised image and evaluation index. The experimental result indicated that this method can effectively improve imaging quality.
