Abstract :
We experimentally demonstrate beyond 2.5 Gbps photonic generation of different pulse modulation formats for impulse radio ultra-wideband (IR-UWB) over fiber application. IR-UWB transmission over 20 km fiber and 0.25 m wireless link without any compensation is also presented.
