Energy-saving residence´s value management in design stage

Design phase is the key for deciding the function and cost. Enhancing the whole value must consider the value management in design phase. Through the analysis of added value´s process, we can find the important factor which is the cost-saving analysis from the capital, environment and social view. Moreover, we must consider the proposals of the project stakeholders. Finally, this paper gives several suggestions for value management.
