Abstract :
Vibration digging shovel is a key component of agricultural implement using to harvesting the deep-root Chinese medicine. In order to provide the effective structural size parameters for the design of vibration digging shovel of agricultural implement, the whole structure of vibration shovel digging is analyzed in depth, and the movement relations between amplitude adjustment mechanism and digging shovel and its models are established. In ADAMS, adopting the design method of parameterized design point, the kinematics simulation model of vibration digging shovel is created, and the main parameters affecting the performance of harvester are respectively analyzed by simulation model, such as eccentricity, angle of entering soil and forward speed of harvester. These works has provided technical support for the design and development of vibration digging machinery.
