Abstract
Visible light communication has become the next uprising technology in terms of supplementing radio systems for indoor applications. The technology has established itself in terms of offering excellent data rates, signal coverage and reliability for a diverse range of applications. Although communication capability of the LED has already been well researched, there is the requirement to investigate efficient methods for the uniform lighting distribution in an indoor environment. The following paper discusses the peripheral attributes influencing RoVL systems, touching upon the LED distribution and mathematical noise analysis for indoor cellular applications.
