Abstract :
To improve customer satisfaction is one of the important management content of modern enterprises, it is also a key deciding factor in success or failure. In this paper, customer satisfaction contents, significance and the affecting factors was analyzed and studied, the upgrading customer satisfaction strategies were proposed, and to meet the purpose of upgrading the customer satisfaction.
