Abstract :
We give a new sufficient condition for the global stability of the equilibrium point for cellular neural networks with delay (DCNNs). The significance of this condition is that the existence, uniqueness and stability of the equilibrium point is not affected by the delay parameter. This condition is also weaker than some previous global stability results
