Abstract :
The whole assembly entity model of loading experiment platform is established based on Pro / E software. Using the ANSYS finite element analysis software, loading experiment platform can be made for statics analysis. According to the results of analysis, the stress and the strain value can be shown in every position of the platform structure, in doing so, the dangerous position and safe place of platform structure can be distinguished, ensuring the rationality and reliability of the design. This is a way to improve the efficiency of loading experiment platform design, moreover reduce the costs of design and manufacturing.
