Abstract :
There is serious coupling disturbance between the three-phase electrode of ladle Furnace (LF), and it makes the control accuracy unsatisfied. To solve the problem, we tried to analyze the law of three-phase electrode of LF and built dynamic mechanism model of three-phase electrode. Through the simulation, it is tested the mathematical model built in this paper achieve decoupling of three-phase electrode and obtained satisfied results. The research work of the paper will supply the theory basis for design of electrode controller of LF.
