Abstract
Two second-order sigma-delta modulators for use in analog-to-digital conversion are presented. The circuit uses 1.2 μm gallium-arsenide MESFETs. The first modulator contains integrators which are based on the square law of FETs. The output of the modulators are analyzed with ideal and with real filtering
