Abstract :
Digital 3-D oscilloscope is a kind of detection instrument that is capable of displaying information of the tested signal in three dimensions of time, amplitude and probability. The main feature is its high waveform capturing rate, thus capable of capturing effectively exceptional event. However, according to random process theory, it is always the case there is leakage of exceptional events of small probability. Therefore, in this article waveform statistic histogram is established in the first place with random process theory. Secondly, a point set of allowable values is derived. And lastly on the basis of which, waveform anomaly detection template is constructed. By using the template as the basis for anomaly detection, and incorporated with engineering application, the article has materialized and verified template-based anomaly detection technique. Experimental results show that the method effectively improves the probability of capturing exceptions.
