Abstract :
Presented a novel way to improve experiment instrument for coefficient of liquid viscosity. The system is based on the C8051F MCU, using semiconductor chilling plates and adaptive PID control algorithm to realize temperature control automatically. RS485 serial communication connect instrument with PC. Errors, caused by recording data by hands, can be avoided by using computers. Moreover, the regular of experiment can be represented directly and visually, which also make great contribution to data processing and storage. Meanwhile, experiment teaching effect will be improved.
