Abstract :
Compared with animal products, fruit &vegetable products and marine products, cereal and oil products have a longer supply chain, involving much more links and even more complicated factors. In order to carry out cereal and oil products quality safety tracking and tracing, provide an easy way for consumer and inspector to get the quality safety information, this paper design the traceability code based on the UCC/EAN-128 encoding rules. The code is made up of commodity identification code, which includes enterprise identification code and commodity item code, and batch code. Generate the tracing number based on the traceability code according to “Guideline for Numbering of Agriculture Products for Tracing”, and then print the tracing number on traceability label with the component technology automatically.
