Abstract :
On the basis of the estimation process of crop output potential and taking county as a unit, the paper sorted out attribute data of meteorology, soil, and society production, and spatial data in 30 counties of Henan Province, built the integrated space-attribute database, designed system structure by adopting C/S and B/S, and developed GIS-based estimation system about wheat output potential in county scale by using UML 2.0, SQL Server 2005, VS.NET and SuperMap GIS 2008, which realized loose coupling between the potential estimation model system and GIS. The system quantificationally calculated wheat output potential and analyzed the spatial distribution and year-to-year rule by using mechanism models of light, temperature, water, soil. The results indicate that the system has characteristics about wide applicability and good independence, which provides ADM (Aid in Decision Making) and technical support for construction of major grain-producing areas, wheat production management and potential mining.
