Abstract :
The paper presents new approach suitable in design of a stabilizing output controller for a continuous-time systems, the sufficient design conditions are outlined in the terms of linear matrix inequalities. The proposed procedure is able to achieve global stability of the system. Simulation results illustrate the design procedure and demonstrate of the proposed design method.
