Abstract :
According to the actual situation of combine harvester workload, a load feedback controller based on theory of fuzzy control is designed by means of detecting the information such as threshing cylinder speed, crop screw conveyor speed, feed-in quantity, loss rate which can reflect the workload of combine harvester and researching on multi-signal fusion method. It can auto-control the forward speed of combine harvester via its workload, so as to keep the machine working stably at a full load level. The simulation and preliminary experiment shows that: The designed load feedback controller can improve the work efficiency and reduce the rate of unit´s jam fault.
