Abstract :
This paper presents a novel nesting algorithm for manufacturing, such as automobile interior trim, etc. Discrete way of dealing with things like the geometric information in the layout of concrete from the geometric constraints for different optimization algorithm. A new kind of smart scheduling strategies and algorithms have been proposed and verified: simulated annealing technology based on genetic algorithms (SABGA), the algorithm in the search optimization can adaptively control the rate of mutation. At the same time, A novel scheme using the shifted graph (SG) representation is proposed to explore the symmetry solution space in the placement problem, which usually abounds in complex constraints. And compared the results of experiments show that the proposed smart way to optimize the layout in the layout to avoid flaws in the empty, as well as the realization of the expected number of skin on the choice of layout with good results.
