Study on the transportation energy conserving standardization development strategies in China

To provide standardization technology support on ensuring transportation energy conservation and emission reduction targets, and to guide the transportation energy conservation standards drawing up and revising through overall planning. This paper illustrated the current status of transportation energy conserving standardization work, analyzed the demand about the standardization, constructed transportation energy conserving standardization system based on the national energy conserving standardization system and the resource-saving and comprehensive utilization standard development planning from 2005 to 2007, and then put forward the transportation energy conserving standardization development strategies and policy recommendations.
