Research on high way construction and non-governmental capital utilization

With the rapid development of our super high way construction, the conflict between the capital shortage and swift development existing in super high way construction becomes increasingly obvious, which results in the emergency of introducing the non-governmental capital. In this paper, it is proposed that a fair developing space should be created and our policies should be innovated based on the analysis of the dilemma and problems the non-governmental capital face, aiming to lead the non-governmental capital enter the field of the super high way construction positively and efficiently. All these are supposed to promote the development of our road construction.
